The Fern Valley Water District (FVWD) will be installing a new water main line on South Circle Drive from Fern Valley Road to Marian View Drive and is asking drivers to expect delays from August through mid-October. FVWD’s contractor will be working from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
