Town Hall Sports Coordinator Jeremy Teeguarden reported on Town Hall Adult Volleyball for the week of Jan. 2.

Idyllwild Inn played Idyllwild Chevron Tuesday night. Idyllwild Inn played great. Josh White led the Inn with his serving and big hits. Pam Sheppard played great for Chevron setting and bumping great all match. The Inn won the match in three games, 25-16, 25-14 and 25-21.

Wednesday’s game pitted Idyllwild Garage against Team Boss. Idyllwild Garage came out hot. Cory Sumrall came out firing big hits for the Garage as they took a two-game lead. Team Boss came back to win game three led by Ryan Henninger but in the end the Garage was too tough and won the match in four games, 25-18, 25-11, 17-25 and 25-13.

In Thursday night’s game, Silver Pines and Forest Lumber faced each other. Forest Lumber had an early lead, thanks in part to nice hits from Matt Cox in the first game. Silver Pines held on and fought back behind Luke Anderson’s great play. Silver Pines won the match 25-15, 25-18 and 25-17.
