Molly

Good Golly, Miss Molly II. Where did everybody go? Spencer, our poodle-bichon mix was determined to pack his tennis ball this weekend and say goodbye to his best buddy at the ARF house, which was Molly II. Best behavior on his part won the hearts of his forever family.

Miss Penny Lane will erase those awful memories of being thrown from a moving vehicle and landing at ARF. She has a new pack and the genuine adoration of a new mom. Tears of joy for you both.

Then in the cattery, fur was flying out the door that is. Ash, the male kitten, and Tiger Lily, the last female kitten, both mewed their farewells to continue their antics in new loving homes. And Luna, the only cat we saved from the Anza Rescue, finally has her wish to hang with the canine crowd. She much prefers dogs over cats and her new home has just that.

Well, back to Molly II, who is wondering, Why am I still here?

Charlie Brown

Is there an energetic young family for this young Jack Russell mix who is a quick learner and absolute pleaser to the human? Her requirements of you: walk, play, walk, play, love me and play. She is bound to bring years of enjoyment and fulfillment to a human she can call her own, a bed only for her, and a bowl with her name on it. Crate trained, good with other canines, does not shed and doesn’t eat much. Not a digger either.

Chip

We have new kittens! Still young, and scared. Scheduled for their spay/neuters and becoming socialized every day. Stop in ARF to play.

The last three Anza Rescue dogs, Charlie Brown, Chip and Lil Stevie still reside at the ARF house. They wait patiently for you to visit and fall in love. The teacups can fit in your purse, and you won’t even notice. Stevie is partially blind, but only requires a gentle hand and treats.

ARF has many cats and dogs available for adoption or fostering. Go to www.idyllwildarf.org and click on Petfinder. All pets are spayed, neutered, and current on shots.
