A light dusting of snow fell overhead on the Hill this afternoon, despite the unseasonably warm weather. Forecasters are scratching their heads. The National Weather Service did not see this coming. The snow only lasted for a few minutes and quickly melted after hitting streets and surfaces.
NWS foresees sunshine tomorrow and temperatures in the 60s, getting warmer into the weekend.
