Caltrans announced that there will delays between Pine Cove and Mountain Center through Friday this week.
Flagging and slowing of traffic will occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Crews will be installing recessed markers on Highway 243 between its intersection with Highway 74 at Mountain Center and Marion Ridge Road in Pine Cove.
