Pickleball comes to the Hill

Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in America played by people of all ages and athletic abilities. Take note of the painted courts at the Idyllwild Community Center site where the sport of pickleball is now being introduced. Everyone is invited to learn and experience the fun of pickleball from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 21, or from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 22. Long-time player and pickleball teacher Barry Wallace (above, with Becca and Cindy Luna behind the net) is offering the free clinics. Paddles and balls are provided.
