In an effort to grow their market share in the vacation and retirement home arenas, Town Real Estate of Palm Springs has opened a new office in Idyllwild. To lead the staff in its new Idyllwild location, Rick Martinez has been named managing broker.
With two offices and eight agents serving Riverside County, their portfolio of services has expanded to provide residential and commercial real estate, vacation rental and long-term property management.
“Town Real Estate is an independent boutique brokerage specializing in Palm Springs and neighboring resort communities. Our team felt that there was a strong marketplace in Idyllwild and it greatly compliments the demand of Southern California residents seeking weekend getaways. Our focus will also be on snowbirds flocking in from the northern interior states and Canada looking for a retirement home or a beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the cities they come from,” said Kevin Stern, president/broker, Town Real Estate.
The new office is at 54710 North Circle Drive, Unit 3.
