Arribas Mexican Restaurant reboots with an all-new menu, including an expanded shrimp entrée section with seven gourmet shrimp dishes, under new management of Carol and Juan Martinez. Returning chefs Kiki and Alphonso will up-level Arribas’ menus, according to Carol.

Carol invited patrons to sample Arriba happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at which 12.6 oz. margaritas are reduced from $5.99 to $3.99 and imported beers are reduced by $1. She noted that the affordable lunch menu will be available during happy hour.

Carol said she was very proud of the new menu, including Sunday offerings of menudo, ceviche and fish entrees.

Carol expressed hope that Arribas, open for lunch and dinner with a full bar, would reclaim the mantle for interesting and quality Mexican food that it once had.

Carol said that she and husband Juan would continue to operate CJ downstairs as a quality fast-food and take-out eatery.
