Town Hall Adult Coed Volleyball Coordinator Ginger Dagnall gave this report for Saturday’s championship games.
It was a long day of volleyball from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The first game saw fourth seed La Casita vs. fifth seed Soil Supply Co. La Casita beat Soil in four games.
The second game paired third seed Idyllwild Garage against sixth seed Idyllwild Vacation Rentals. The Garage beat them in three games.
The third game saw first seed Idyllwild Inn vs. La Casita. Idyllwild Inn took La Casita in three games.
In the fourth game, Idyllwild Garage went up against second seed Silver Pines Lodge. Silver Pines was able to defeat the four-time champions to go into playing Idyllwild Inn for the first-place slot.
But after five long, close, hard games, just like we like ’em, Idyllwild Inn is the new Adult Volleyball Champions 2016!
