A Cold Warning is being issued for Idyllwild. The Idyllwild Town Hall Warm Center will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 7, through Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

Temperatures are expected to reach 40° and below.
Individuals susceptible to cold, such as the elderly, disabled and families with young children are encouraged to visit a warm center during the next few days. Warm Centers will provide water and snacks, in addition to activities and resource information.
People with the following symptoms should try to remain in a warm place and drink warm fluids to prevent Hypothermia:
* Confusion
* Dizziness
* Exhaustion and shivering, could be signs of hypothermia
* Gray, white or yellow skin, numbness or waxy skin are symptoms of frostbite
