Idyllwild House Publishing Co. Ltd., and owners Jack and Becky Clark, publishers of the Idyllwild Town Crier, were sued April 21 in Riverside County Superior Court by J. Lee Pentrack, aka J.L. Pentrack, a former employee and joint venturer on Palm to Pines Magazine, whose publication was suspended when Pentrack resigned in January.
Pentrack alleges breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, dissolution of partnership, accounting and declaratory relief.
