Many Idyllwild girls attended the Hemet High School Volleyball camp for 4th through 9th graders this week. On May 15, fourth and fifth graders from Idyllwild School participated in the annual Track meet at Hemet High School.
The Californa Trucking Association donated $1,000 to Idyllwild School’s sports program last week. Here (from left) Principal Matt Kraemer, Volleyball captain Ben Cruz and softball captain Lizzie Anderson accept the check from Mark Studevan and Devon Ades, of the CTA, who sponsored a motorcycle ride through the San Jacinto Mountains and Idyllwild School was one of the stops.
The Idyllwild School Boy’s varisty completed its season with a 30-21 victory over Noli School. The team finished the season 7-2.
The Idyllwild School Girls basketball team lost their first game of the season yesterday. Noli School beat them 28-18 in the season ending game. Coach Holly Guntermann was pleased with the 8-1 record and is looking forward to next year’s season.
