Crumrine<\/figcaption><\/figure>  Thomas McCullough, 74, of Pine Cove, unexpectedly passed away Monday night at a Los Angeles hospital. <\/p>\n<p>McCullough was there for some neck surgery, but incurred breathing problems and eventually could not be resuscitated. His wife, Joan, survives.<\/p>\n<p>McCullough was born Nov. 18, 1938. After settling in Idyllwild, he was elected to the Pine Cove Water District Board of Directors in 2002. He had been serving as board president since 2005.
