Chuck Washington. The council functions to advise the supervisor on matters concerning county-managed recreation and street lights in the CSA district.<\/p>\n<p>There are 10 applicants for the five open seats. Interviews are from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Feb. 22, at the Idyllwild Library.
