Middle Ridge Winery Tasting Gallery is once again introducing a new art exhibit in its 4,000-square-foot gallery. Appropriately called \u201cThe Idyllwild Collection: Peace, Love and Whatever,\u201d the exhibit aims to warm the heart and raise the spirit.<\/p>\n
It features more than 200 works created by 33 artists from the Art Alliance of Idyllwild.<\/p>\n
\u201cLittle did Chris and I know that when we started a winery we would end up in the art gallery business, too. And what a thrill it is to be surrounded by gorgeous art all day,\u201d said Melody Johnston who, along with her husband and winemaker Chris, opened Middle Ridge Winery Tasting Gallery to create a space where their love of wine and love of art could come together.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith this new exhibit, we invite art lovers to let the art speak to them and to find a little \u2018Peace, Love and Whatever\u2019 brings them joy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Middle Ridge\u2019s Afternoon with the Artists is open to the public from 2 to 5 p.m.\u00a0 Saturday, Nov. 4. The exhibit will unveil the talents of local artists, some of whom are being featured in Middle Ridge Winery Tasting Gallery for the first time.\u00a0Visitors will have the opportunity to sip, talk and walk through the Tasting Gallery while getting to know the artists.<\/p>\n
