\n At the same time, Roy Lee, 63, of Banning, was driving a silver 2007 Ford Escape westbound on Twin Pines Road. At the stop sign, intending to turn left, Lee failed to yield and collided with the vehicle driven by Gose.
\n The California Highway Patrol report indicated alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
