McMahon also was charged with grand theft using a firearm, and using personal identity of another person to obtain credit. All of these are felony charges. Besides the burglary and parole violation, Kellner was charged with possession of heroin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> A felony settlement conference for both men was scheduled for June 10, but was then moved to June 13.\u00a0Also, a criminal protective order has been filed against McMahon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tAlthough the judicial process is starting, Riverside County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy Frank James has said that the county\u2019s new sheriff, Chad Bianco, has \u201c\u2026 a zero tolerance for these types of crimes. He\u2019s done with the policy of \u2018Don\u2019t do it again!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tJames also urged local residents, whether full-time or part-time, to report thefts. Based on the devices and other valuables found with Kellner and McMahon, he is convinced that burglaries, particularly of vehicles, are going unreported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201cPlease call us,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tAlso, he would like any information about the possible theft of firearms. Any information about these can be given to the Hemet Station at 951-791-3400.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tBoth McMahon and Kellner are still in custody.
