Relief for Idyllwild Post Office
Due to the recent abrupt resignation of Idyllwild Postmaster Mark Smith, the remaining staff has been overwhelmed with operations during the holiday season.

Last Wednesday, the line for counter service was down to the Idyllwild Library five minutes to 1 p.m.
The counter is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you are not picking up a package or mail, here are some other options to reduce the pressure on the Idyllwild Post Office staff and patrons.
Packages can be sent from the Mountain Center Post Office, located where highways 243 and 74 come together, as well as Miss Sunshine’s Container & Shipping Supplies, located at 54405 N. Circle Dr. Stamps can also be purchased from those locations.
