The Associates of Idyllwild Arts Foundation (IAF) have brought back Paint n Sip, a fundraiser. Based on the success of the event in October of last year, Pinots’ Palette will host another painting party at the Delano House in Idyllwild from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday June 3. Pinots’ Palette is the innovator and leader in the Paint n Sip concept; a national organization, the Associates are working with Pinots’ Palette of Rancho Mirage.

“Paint n Sip brings a few hours of joy and community all while supporting the future citizen artists of the world and Idyllwild Arts,” said Michael Slocum, Associates of IAF president.

Pinots’ Palette trained artists host the event and help guest painters. All artwork is a creation of Pinots’ Palette’s team. All materials are included: canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, tablecloths and clean up supplies. Associates host a wine and drink bar and serve snacks, appetizers and desserts. Pinots’ Palette brings its own music.

Tickets are $50 and can be bought at www.associatesofiaf.org or by mail at the Associates/Paint n Sip, P.O. Box 303, Idyllwild, CA 92549.

The feeling becomes party like with everyone taking home their new masterpiece. While all attendees are making new friends, painting, nibbling and sipping, they are supporting the student visual artists of Idyllwild Arts. Paint n Sip is a benefit raising funds for the Scholarship Funds of Idyllwild Arts.

The Associates of IAF is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is 100% volunteer driven.
