Robot play extended at Rustic Theater

For those who can’t get enough Halloween, Sam Plonski is adding one more Saturday of his Robot play, November 8. The mechanical extravaganza is the latest of many unique events that Rustic Theater proprietors Gail and Graham Sutherland have been bringing to the stage. The show will be free for those with student ID.

Plonski calls his actors “Samtronics” and describes the happening as “a very unique stage play with nine Halloween Robots/ Show Bots, Disney quality Animatronics, a Mad Scientist and Igor, Time Travel, a barfing Cyclops, comedy, drama, sarcasm, poetry, music, dancing, enlightening messages… and surprises.”

The play is in four acts: The Monsters Within; The Skeletons in the closet; Cooking of the Egos; and The Awakening.

Sam says “When you hear Brothers Osborne “It Ain’t My Fault” it’s time to dance in the aisles.” He adds that flash photography and videos are encouraged if you share on Social Media.

Samtronics Robot Play by Samuel Plonski, Saturday November 8 at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Tickets available at RusticTheatre.com or at the Theatre. Rustic Theater, 54290 North Circle Drive.
