At 8:45 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, Noah Jefferson, 20, of Hemet, was driving a white 2017 Ford 250 pickup truck belonging to Mt. San Jacinto State Park when, in a parking lot, he backed into a parked white Saturn Ion registered to Thomas Unwin of Idyllwild. The incident caused minor damage to the Ion.
Financial issues dominated the last meeting of fiscal year 2017-18 for the Idyllwild Fire Protection District’s commission last week.
