The Idyllwild Community Fund (ICF) Executive Board began its January 2012 meeting with a new slate of officers.
ICF grant applications will be available online and donors may make contributions to the endowment fund that benefits so many in Idyllwild online, also. The ICF website can be found at www.idyllwildcommunityfund.org.
Highway 74 from Lake Hemet is open to Mountain Center. Highway 243 from Mountain Center is open northbound to Idyllwild. However, southbound (leaving Idyllwild) the Hwy. 243 is closed between Marion View and lower Saunders Meadows. Leaving Idyllwild will require taking Saunders Meadow Dr. past the Transfer Station and down to Hwy 243.
