County will close Gilman Springs Road: preliminary work begins Monday, Oct. 31
Gilman Springs Road will close for a month, starting Nov. 7, between State Route 79/Sanderson Avenue and Soboba Road for safety improvements that include wider paved shoulders, guardrails, drainage improvements and centerline rumble strips.
