Idyllwild’s 24th-annual Earth Fair this Saturday is themed “Born to be Wild!” The event is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its traditional venue — Town Hall.

Greenwood award presented at dessert reception
The annual Greenwood Award was presented Friday evening to Dr. Kate Kramer, botanist for the San Jacinto Ranger District. This award is given each year to a member of the community who has worked to protect our environment. The ceremony took place at a dessert reception and fundraiser at Town Hall the evening before the Earth Fair.
