Annette M. Doar, born Nov. 1, 1963, left us to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 3, 2010.

She was a loving and proud mother of six beautiful children. She lived for her children and loved them with all her heart.

Annette loved to fish and played all sports but softball was her passion. She was a natural. Whether playing or umpiring, softball was her sport.

Originally from Chula Vista, she lived in Temecula before moving to Idyllwild. Although Annette only lived in Idyllwild for the last year and a half, she had many friends here. Her beautiful smile and goofy laugh will be missed.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 15 at the Glen Abbey Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Rd., Bonita. There will also be a memorial service in Idyllwild in the near future.

Annette’s dear friend, Ken Hawkins, is planning a memorial softball tournament Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18 at Kit Carson Park in Escondido. All proceeds will go to Annette’s children. For more information contact Ken Hawkins at (760) 445-2412 or lpstourneys@gmail.com.
