


Locals observe lunar eclipse from a mile high

During the very early hours before and during sunrise on Saturday, Dec. 10, the year’s second lunar eclipse occurred. This happens when the Earth passes between the Sun and the moon, thus blocking the Sun’s rays from landing on the lunar surface.
