Desert Adventures is providing Jeep tours in Idyllwild. Two Jeeps are stationed in Idyllwild for tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The two-hour tours depart from Idyllwild Vacation Cabins at 54380 North Circle Drive mornings and afternoons. Tour guides tell about Idyllwild’s transition from a small camping area in Strawberry Valley to a renowned culture and arts center, and destination for rock climbing and hiking.

The tour is an off-road experience through the forest in the Pine Cove area to the North Fork of the San Jacinto River, with views of Tahquitz Peak and Suicide Rock.
