The Riverside County Fire Department – Office of Emergency Service is conducting an Economic Loss Survey to determine the financial impact the Mountain Fire and evacuation order has had, or is having, on Idyllwild businesses. Area businesses are encouraged to complete the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Worksheet by clicking the link below. The worksheet will be used to identify basic information relating to the overall financial impact the fire and evacuation has had on local businesses, property and operations. OES has been calling local businesses to procure this information over the phone; however, if you have not received a call, you may complete this worksheet in one of three ways:

1. Open the form and type the information, then print; or,

2. Print the form and handwrite the information; or,

3. Call 951-955-4700 and complete the form over the telephone.

Once you complete the form, fax it to 951-955-8635 or scan and e-mail it to [email protected].

All information contained in the form is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of determining an estimate of the economic impact the fire and evacuation order has had on the Idyllwild and surrounding communities. It is the goal of OES to receive information from every business affected by the Fire in order to submit the most thorough application, thereby giving us the best chance of obtaining funding for the residents and business owners affected.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Riverside County Fire Department – Office of Emergency Services at 951-955-4700.
