Robert Priefer

Town Crier readers chose local building designer Robert Priefer as the 2013 Ernie Maxwell Community Spirit Award recipient last month.

Emcee Doug Austin made the announcement at last week’s Idyllwild Summer Concert at the Community Center site.

Priefer has been instrumental in volunteering his time with plans for the new Community Center, and been involved with the project for many years.

He is the third recipient of the award. His name has been added to a plaque in the front office of the Idyllwild Town Crier and Visitors Center.
