Leo Blair, 19, and friend Todd Wood were taking Leo’s grandmother’s car to Idyllwild Garage for an alignment problem. They were on North Circle just up from the Rustic, when the lug nuts came off the front driver’s side wheel. The wheel came off and kept rolling nearly to the intersection with Highway 243 when a passerby stopped it with his foot.
