Even during this COVID winter, the weekend traffic up here makes clear that visitors will come flocking as the virus fades, and we Hill folk are itching to get out and about again ourselves.
Of course, this means Hill businesses and organizations need to get reopening information to these folk ahead of time to take advantage of the renewed business.
Potential customers and clients need to know your reopening hours and offerings — including your reopening specials.
Advertising in the Town Crier is directly focused on helping Hill businesses and organizations do this. The TC is available for purchase by Hill visitors and residents at ten locations — markets, stores, the pharmacy, and the TC office itself.
Town Criers are available for free to the inns, too, so overnight visitors have them in their rooms. Many visitors phone the TC office each week seeking recommended inns, restaurants, shops and other Hill attractions. That’s all focused advertising.
Also, Members and other readers keep and read their Town Criers until the next issue comes out, which means your TC ad is before them for a whole week. That’s much like advertising in a daily paper at a tiny fraction of the cost.
So, start planning now for the Town Crier to help your business or organization reestablish itself as normal times return.
Again, many thanks to all our Advertisers, Members and Readers for keeping the Town Crier serving our community.
