The fully renovated hotel features nine guest suites and a great room that combines an original rustic fireplace with eclectic furnishings.
The hotel’s storybook-inspired architecture dates back to when the building was originally an Alpine-style market.

Everything inside has been completely reconceptualized. The hotel’s management team, Elevation Property Management, Inc., partnered with H3K Home & Design of Palm Springs, who furnished each room with fresh, modern décor.
Most of the rooms include electric fireplaces that can be programed to display in a variety of colors. The bathrooms feature modern touches, including contemporary subway tiles, oversized sinks, rustic furnishings and custom organic bath amenities.
“Just two hours from Los Angeles, the Creekstone is a perfect getaway (romantic or otherwise!) for creative types, brimming with swanky style and carefree comfort,” said hotelier Amy Brinkman. “We created this space to be a warm and inviting modern mountain retreat that blends comfort with style. Our cozy haven can be your vibrant yet chill escape in the majestic mountains of Idyllwild.”
Sometime after opening, The Creekstone will begin hosting live music, pouring cocktails and open a high-end steakhouse called The Red Door. Meanwhile, patrons will have no shortage of food options in the vicinity.
The Creekstone is located at 54950 Pine Crest Ave. For more information, visit creekstoneinn.com or call 800-409-2127 or 951-659-3342.
