

Idyllwild students awarded scholarships

At left, Friday, at the Town Crier’s new location on North Circle Drive, two $1,000 scholarships were awarded to two successful high school students, chosen out of 70 candidates. Mitchell Biley, who will be attending CalPoly San Luis Obispo in the fall, received his scholarship from Steve Espinoza, Rotary Club president. Danika Hitchcock, who will be attending the University of California, Irvine, in the fall, received the Mary Austin Grant scholarship from Suzi Capparelli, grant ambassador.
