Tuesday morning, Riverside County dedicated the “Heroes” mural on the back wall of the Idyllwild Library. Nestor Hernandez-Lopez of Idyllwild, has successfully completed cadet training at the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy. He is assigned to duty at the CHP’s Borrego Springs Area office.
