‘Donation Alley’ gives to ARF, Living Free
By

The Funky Bazaar’s “Donation Alley,” a special section of items which residents can donate and the proceeds only go to two local charitable organizations, has again raised more money. Checks for $226 each were presented to representatives of Animal Rescue Friends (ARF) and Living Free Animal Sanctuary. At Donation Alley, Peter Buhl, left, presents checks to Mary Lou Prosin, ARF, and Clay Helgren, Living Free. Since it opened on Memorial Day, total donations are approaching more than $750. Donation Alley works under an unusual premise — take what you want; pay what you want. Photo by Cid Castillo
