Chain control has begun on SR 2 in the Wrightwood area and also on SR 243 in Idyllwild, according to a message from Terri Kasinga, Public Information Officer for tje Caltrans Maintenance – District 8.

After months of little to no rain, the Hill received several inches of rain last week. Both Keenwild Ranger Station and Pine Cove recorded about 2 inches of rain.
