Charges dismissed against Solis; released after nearly seven months in jail
Luis Solis Delgado, 45, of Idyllwild, had his case dismissed Monday, Nov. 13, and all charges dropped. The San Bernardino National Forest plans to start prescribed fire operations on its three ranger districts this month and is scheduled to continue through early 2024.
