Sparks spewing from a chimney in Royal Pines prompted a call to 911 around 7:15p.m. Wednesday night. Idyllwild Fire responded to the scene and quickly located the issue. No injuries were reported and the scene was cleared within about a half hour.
Engines from County fire stations 23 and 53 were also on the scene.
