The Idyllwild Soroptimists are collecting food for the Idyllwild HELP Center. Food may be left at the Soroptimist “Hungry House” near the fireplace at the BBVA Bank. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on March 3, the Soroptimists will have two more collection sites — Fairway and Village markets.

This event is part of the Soroptimist’s Saturday of Service where members worldwide gather to carry out service projects that improve lives.

This day of service is held prior to International Women’s Day which is always March 8th. Soroptimist have chosen this project to help benefit local Idyllwild people.
