These Terms explain the use of idyllwildtowncrier.com and subscriptions offered by Pallino LLC, doing business as Idyllwild Town Crier. Please review these Terms and the details shown at checkout before purchasing.

Memberships and access

Your selected plan and checkout describe the price, billing interval, and included benefits. Digital memberships provide the online access described in the plan. Print + Digital memberships also include printed newspaper delivery as described in the offer. Keep your account and delivery details accurate and contact us promptly about access or delivery problems.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Billing and automatic renewal

Where checkout identifies a membership as recurring, it renews automatically at the billing interval and rate disclosed at checkout unless you cancel. The current standard Digital and Print + Digital plans are billed annually. Review your selected plan’s checkout for the amount and renewal terms that apply to your purchase. We will provide notices of changes to recurring charges or terms as required by law.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future renewals through your membership account. If you need help, contact Member Support or call (951) 659-2145.

Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for. Subscription payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized.

Print delivery

Provide a complete, current mailing address for print subscriptions. Contact Member Support about address changes, missing issues, or delivery problems. Postal delivery times may vary, and delays can occur outside our control.

Use of our journalism

Articles, photographs, newspaper editions, and other site materials are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. You may read content available to you and share links to our pages. Reproduction, republication, redistribution of full articles or newspaper files, or commercial reuse requires permission from the appropriate rights holder unless permitted by law. These Terms do not restrict fair use or other lawful exceptions.

Responsible website use

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, bypass membership access controls, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.

Submissions, classifieds, and events

Submit only material you are entitled to provide, and make sure contact information and other details intended for publication are accurate. When you submit material specifically for publication, you authorize us to review, edit for clarity or space, and publish it for that purpose. Acceptance and publication are at our editorial discretion. Advertising purchases and other services may have additional terms provided with the applicable offer.

Third-party ads, classifieds, event listings, and linked websites are not guarantees or endorsements by the Town Crier. Verify details directly with the advertiser, seller, or organizer before relying on them or making a purchase.

Corrections and availability

We strive for accurate reporting. Contact us about a factual error or correction request. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed as appropriate. Website maintenance, technical problems, and other interruptions may temporarily affect access. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information connected with the website and subscriptions.

Changes and questions

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date on this page. Changes will not remove rights already required by law, and we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
