Caltrans reports the following roadwork next week will require flagging on highways 74 and 371 in through the Garner Valley, Anza and Pinyon areas which will result in delays over 30 minutes:
- 6 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, Highway 74 from Hurkey Creek Bridge to Morris Ranch Road;
- 6 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, Highway 371 from the junction of Highway 74 (Paradise Corner) to Kirby Avenue in Anza;
- 6 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, Highway 74 from the junction of Highway 371 (Paradise Corner) to the Santa Rosa Indian Reservation entrance; and
- 6 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, Highway 74 from Santa to Ribbonwood Drive.
Commuters and regular traffic are avised to avoid the work areas and use alternate routes.
