Donald Ellis Moore of Pine Cove died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, in Yucaipa, Calif. He was 82 years old.
Donald was born in on March 18, 1931, in Fresno, Calif., to Leila Mae and Chester Moore. He served in the United States Air Force from 1950 to 1954. Donald was a Boy Scout and Eagle Scout. He attended the University of California, Riverside, where he majored in Physics. He worked as a aerospace engineer and project manager. Donald lived in Riverside, Redlands and finally Idyllwild, Calif.
He was a member of a barbershop quartet.
He is survived by wife Susan D. Moore of Idyllwild; son Stuart Griffey; daughters Ellen, Marjorie, Marilyn and Shannon; and 10 grandchildren.
