Idyllwild resident Gina Genis’ exhibit, “When I’m 64” opened Saturday, Aug. 3, and runs through Sunday, Oct. 13, at the Lancaster Museum of Art and History.

The exhibit, originally shown at the Wignall Museum of Contemporary Art last year, garnered enough critical acclaim, that it is traveling to MOAH. Addressing issues of an older population in America, it shows how “the elderly” spend their golden years. At once poignant and hilarious, “When I’m 64” is an exhibit enjoyed by all ages. Seven other artists are included in this show along with Genis, a photographer.

Lancaster Museum of Art and History is located at 665 West Lancaster Blvd., at the corner of Ehrlich and Lancaster Blvd. in Lancaster. The phone number is 661-723-6250.

There is no admission fee, just a suggested donation.
