Beginning Wednesday, Oct. 2, Assemblyman Brian Nestande opens a new satellite office in San Jacinto.

The 42nd Assembly District covers a large geographic area and the office will make it easier for constituents to communicate with their representative.

This is in addition to the Palm Desert and Hemet offices, and the new satellite office in Beaumont.

The San Jacinto satellite office hours are from 9 a.m. to noon the first and third Wednesdays of the month at San Jacinto City Hall, 595 S. San Jacinto Ave.

Staff members can help constituents navigate state or local bureaucracy, deal with red tape at the DMV and glitches with unemployment benefits, give veteran’s assistance and help small businesses with regulatory issues.  Constituents are also encouraged to come in and share insights on other local or state matters of importance.
