As of Monday morning, June 21, the Flats Fire in the Santa Rosa mountains is 100% contained.The fire that began at about 11:15 a.m. Sunday, June 20, in at the Pinyon transfer station, destroyed two dwellings, damaged three other dwellings and three outbuildings, and burned 341 acres.Cause of the fire is still under investigation.
