His name is H.D. — Harley Dog. And this dog loves to ride. In the car that is. High five is one of his faves, as is catching the ball or Frisbee®, or just some good ole laptime. Cause Harley thinks he is part Chihuahua. Such a good boy. Come to ARF and visit Harley but be sure to bring a bone. Burying bones is another of his favorite things to do. He’s ready to be in his forever home. We know he will find just the right human. Harley prefers to be the only canine.
Boomer gives a high five to the camera, loving attention as much as his mom. He is a young teen, and continues to keep the cattery lively, playful and full of laughs. He is great with other felines, actually very inquisitive of the canine crowd, and loves to investigate any room other than the cattery.
Tommy, Whiskers and Lachi (below) enjoying the outdoor cattery. This is Tommy’s fave hangout, Whiskers enjoys a quiet nap, and Lachi is very playful.
All of the volunteers and the ARF 4 leggeds wish the community of Idyllwild a very happy Thanksgiving. They are thankful for all you do. Thank you.
We have several cats who have already chosen their best fur buddy to be adopted with. Sadie and Carly (right), the tux identical twins, would love to be together forever. Pepper, a young black-and-white female, can often be seen cuddled closely with Tommy, our large gray tabby. Their favorite past time is in the outdoor cattery keeping up with all creatures that fly.
ARF has many cats and dogs available for adoption or fostering. Go to www.arfidyllwild.weebly.com and click on Petfinder. All pets are spayed, neutered and current on shots. ARF is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays.
