Zachary Johnson, son of Becky and Jack Clark of Idyllwild, was promoted to petty officer first-class in the U.S. Navy in Pt. Mugu last week. Johnson is an aviation technician and calibration specialist, and the husband of Mandy Johnson and father of their two kids, Carter and Evelyn.
