Danielle McKnight, Hemet High School 2011 graduate, was named to the dean’s list at the Maine Maritime Academy for outstanding academic achievement in the first semester of the 2011-12 academic year. McKnight , a member of the class of 2015, is majoring in marine engineering technology.

Twenty-two-year-old Wesley Kell, son of 20-year part-time Idyllwild resident Paul Kell, will graduate from Navy Boot Camp in Great Lakes, Ill., on May 26.
