Both Ron Kimmerle, 49, and Taylor Dravenstatt, 20 are on trial for burglary and receiving stolen property. Their Aug. 6 felony settlement conference was continued to Tuesday, Aug. 21, at Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta on request of defense counsels. Kimmerle remains in jail. Dravenstatt, now represented by a private attorney, is out on bail.
