The County Service Area 38 Advisory Committee meets quarterly at the Pine Cove Water District office building. Questions can be referred to Advisory Committee Chair Jerry Holldber (951-659-2675). It deals with ambulance and fire service in Pine Cove.

The County Service Area 36 Advisory Committee has not meet since November 2012. Questions can be directed to Kayla Brown, 951-955-4310, Parks and Recreation bureau chief for the county’s Regional Park and Open-Space District. It handles recreation and street lamps in Idyllwild.
